We will greatly appreciate your help to prepare copies of these reports and email them to us 1 day before the actual appointment date. 3. First Visit from Therapist On the appointment day, our therapist will visit you at the confirmed location. You will receive a tailored treatment plan following each consultation. We will then arrange for our next follow up appointment. 4. Payment All billings and payment details will be emailed to you after the consultation. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we ask for at least a 24 hours’ notice (email or phone call), as a courtesy to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, and out of respect for our therapist’s time.
